What is your order processing time?

Our current processing time is 7-10 business days.

What does "made to measurement" mean?

Made to measurement means clothing is made to your specific measurements. It is not a size, (like medium or x-large) it is custom made for your body's measurements. 

Can I just select a size instead of having to do a fitting session for my measurements?

Our women's clothing is all made to measurement, which ensures a good fit, rather than regular sizes, which don't fit most people right. Getting accurate measurements can be difficult, so having an online fitting session makes sure your measurements are accurate.

How do fitting sessions work?

We will contact you to set up a day and time for your fitting session. If you do not respond to set up a fitting session within 7 business days of us contacting you, your order will be cancelled. The fitting session will take place over video call on email at the time it is scheduled for. If failure to answer the video call happens on three occasions for one order, your order will be cancelled. Fitting sessions take 15 minutes on average. For a fitting session you will need to have a measuring tape on hand.

Do you take custom orders?

What is your returns policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges. If you find something wrong with your product, contact us and we will make it right.
